About Nadya
Hi! I’m Nadya.
I know what it feels like to make decisions based on what you think you should do, rather than what actually feels right.
That experience nudged me in the direction of working as a career counsellor- a field I’ve been fiercely interested in since grade 7 when I created a booth for my school's science fair on the effects of occupational stress.
I care about helping people build careers that are sustainable and meaningful.
I’ve spent over a decade supporting students and professionals as they navigate uncertainty, transitions, and questions about meaningful work. My background includes work in higher education, career development, and counselling. I also have experience developing career education resources and tools for several colleges and universities.
My approach is both reflective and practical. I help you slow down enough to understand yourself more clearly- your values, your patterns, what matters to you- so you can make decisions that feel grounded and sustainable in your day-to-day life.
